RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

Please note limited collections and 1-of-1 items are not eligible for returns.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to include your proof of purchase.

Return Process

To start the return process, please contact us at info@tegaakinola.com. We will respond with return instructions. Items sent back without first requestion a return will not be accepted. Please note, the customer is response for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

Due to their nature, bespoke made-to-order custom products cannot be returned nor refunded. Limited collections and 1-of-1 of items are also not eligible for returns, unless they are defective and/or damaged.

Damages and Issues

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately at info@tegaakinola.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We may request detailed images of the product to evaluate the situation and resolve the issue.
